My granddaughter, Julia (Steve & Shawnya's second daughter) recently graduated from Alta High School, and is headed up to Logan to Utah State University in the Fall. I'm sure she'll have a very distinguished college career, in business, sports, and whatever else she chooses. She's always been a very outstanding athlete, and has loads of personality. She's also very smart - studied some AP classes to give her a head start in the field of Engineering!
She looks different - she is naturally very blonde. Maybe I'll add a picture of her before she changed it.

And yes, she does smile..... :D
But then, she was always a cute kid... and spirited!
With Westin, Syd, and telling Dakota something "important", back when they were all so little. Westin is now on a mission in the 4-corners area, Syd will be a Junior at Alta this year, and Dakota will be a Sophomore in Snohomish, Washington. My, how time flies!
